CBSE Class 12 Post-Result Outcomes Released on DigiLocker

CBSE has started releasing the Class 12 post-result outcomes for the 2026 board exam, giving students an important update after the result and re-evaluation cycle. According to CBSE’s official press release dated 21 June 2026, the outcomes for applications submitted under Verification of Issues observed and Re-evaluation are being uploaded to DigiLocker from that date onwards. This matters for students who had already downloaded the scanned copy of their answer book and then applied for post-result services. CBSE said the original Class 12 result was declared on 13 May 2026 for approximately 17.69 lakh candidates. The scanned-copy facility was available from 19 May to 25 May 2026, and students could apply for verification or re-evaluation from 2 June to 7 June 2026. On the first day of release, CBSE said the outcomes for around 87% of candidates who applied for re-evaluation and/or verification had already been declared. Students whose marks changed after the review can check their updated marksheets on DigiLocker. CBSE also noted that revised marksheets are being uploaded in phases, and for the majority of students this had already been done by 21 June 2026. (cbse.gov.in)

If your status shows “No-change” after verification, CBSE has said such candidates may be given an opportunity to inspect their answer books at the concerned Regional Office. The schedule for that inspection will be released separately. CBSE also reminded students and parents not to trust rumours or unverified social media posts about the post-result process. There is one more important point for students: CBSE confirmed that the post-result services portal had faced cyber attacks earlier in June, but the systems and databases remained secure and uncompromised.
