Contact CBSE Help Center

You can reach a real person here. We read every email.

Site email: hello@cbsehelpcenter.com Operator email (fallback): gyaniversity.publications@gmail.com Operated by: Gyaniversity Publications, India. Full postal address available on request by email.

We reply within 3 working days.

We do not run a phone helpline. Email gives us a written record and lets us check the circular before we answer, instead of guessing on the spot.

Found something wrong? Tell us.

If you find something wrong on this site, email us and we will fix or remove it. That is a standing invitation, not a formality.

Please include the page address (the URL), what is wrong, and the correct information with its source if you have one. A screenshot helps. You do not need to be certain — if you think a date, fee or rule looks off, send it anyway and we will check it. Corrections are logged publicly on the page that carried the error.

What to email us about

Factual errors — a wrong date, fee, eligibility rule, marks distribution or deadline.

Broken links — a link that leads nowhere, or an official PDF that has moved.

Outdated exam information — a page that still describes last cycle's rule, or a circular that has been superseded.

Content suggestions — a CBSE question you could not get answered anywhere. These genuinely shape what we write next.

Advertising and partnership — same address.

What we cannot do

We are not CBSE. We cannot issue or correct a marksheet, change your name or date of birth, register you for an exam, process a revaluation or compartment application, release a result, or contact the board on your behalf. If you email us about any of those, we will reply with the correct official route, but we cannot act on it ourselves.

Official CBSE transactions happen on CBSE's own portals — cbse.gov.in and cbseacademic.nic.in — or through your school. Digital marksheets and certificates are issued through DigiLocker and the UMANG app.

Not an official CBSE website

CBSE Help Center is an independent student help resource operated by Gyaniversity Publications. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), including the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), which CBSE also conducts and which this site does not cover.
